Cypher Strategies works on a selective basis, and most engagements begin through an introduction. Each is built around a specific strategic problem rather than a standard menu: typically an independent assessment of whether an objective can be reached under current conditions, what would have to change, and what would break it, delivered as a written assessment or a private briefing.
The work is designed for problems where conventional categories do not fully explain the strategic environment or the choices available within it.
